Recipe for Destruction

What you will need:

(1) 6’8″ Man

(1) Swimming Pool

(1) High Dive

(2) Friends for company

(6-8) Children to coax you on

Add all ingredients, stir well until 6’8″ man blows out both knees.  Easy as pie!

I wish I could post photo’s of this experience that happened earlier today to Matthew.  After work, he and some friends went to the local pool.  Apparently, he’s not the olympic diver he once was.  All I’m saying is a man of his stature should NEVER, and I repeat… NEVER try two and half flips in the air off the high dive into a pool of water.  That, my friend…. is a recipe for destruction!Matthew with knee braces while skiing.
